Rea's Privacy Policy explains how Rea Interactive Bible App ("Rea," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data.
We're committed to transparency and trust, especially as a faith-based AI Bible app that remembers your spiritual journey. This Policy complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.
We only collect what's essential for personalized Bible study, Scripture memory, and AI conversations, nothing more.

At Rea, we focus on data that helps build your unique Bible experience, such as study notes or memory progress. We minimize collection to respect your privacy, rooted in biblical stewardship. This Policy applies to data collected via our app.It doesn't cover third-party links (e.g., if you share a verse on social media).
One tap in Settings → Account → “Download or delete my data” lets you instantly see, export, or permanently erase everything we have about you, anytime, no questions asked.
We collect your name and email only when you create an account, plus your Bible reading history, highlights, notes, memory work, AI conversations, prayer requests, and any messages you send us.
Practically nothing. We use only privacy-first, fully anonymized analytics that cannot identify individual users. There are no third-party trackers, no data brokers, and no social media pixels.
Your data has one purpose: to make your daily time in the Word richer, more personal, and more continuous. We use it to remember past conversations, suggest verses that fit where you are right now, strengthen your Scripture memory, protect your streaks, and answer your questions or prayers with care. We also look at aggregated, anonymous patterns to improve the app for everyone.
We do not share or sell your data under any circumstances. Prayer requests and testimonies stay strictly within our small team. We keep them only as long as you want. The only outside parties that ever touch encrypted data are trusted, audited cloud providers bound by strict agreements. If the law ever requires disclosure (which has never happened), we will notify you first whenever possible.
Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-leading standards. Access is restricted to the absolute minimum number of team members, protected by two-factor authentication and logged audits. We run regular security reviews and penetration tests. Your trust is sacred to us, and we guard it accordingly.
We use the bare minimum: a few essential cookies so you stay logged in and your preferences are remembered, plus one optional, privacy-respecting analytics cookie you can turn off anytime in Settings. There is no advertising, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party scripts watching what you do.
Rea is built by a small team of believers who see this work as ministry. We handle your data the same way we would want someone to handle our own prayer journals—with reverence, honesty, and care. Your spiritual life is between you and God, and we are honored to protect the tiny part you entrust to us..
